What do you think an 08 Lancer GTS with 22k is worth with a salvage title and in excellent condition?

Cause I may trade my 98 M3 4 Door automatic with 107k for it. Along with $2-3k cash.

Salvage title vehicle are only worth 60-70% of retail, usually less. Salvage title cars are repaired using the cheapest methods and parts available.
ALmost always rebuilt with used parts , parts can be off older models, etc.

PS it is not in excellent condiition, per Kelley Blue Book:
Excellent

Looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning.
Never had any paint or body work and is free of rust.
Clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection.
Engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects.
Complete and verifiable service records.
Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.
That being said, I would not put over $8500 into it.
